| Mr. Yan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Swin Corporation in Los Angeles. As a 15-year veteran in business and management, Mr. Yan is also the lead investor in NetentSec. He also provides leadership to the company¡¯s business operations both in China and in the US. Mr. Yan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Fuzhou University, a M.S. in Information Management from Renmin University of China and a M.S. in Computer Science from Portland State University. |

| Tony Yuan, Founder and CEO |

| Mr. Yuan is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). Before founding NetentSec, he held a Senior Software Engineer position with Symantec, NetIQ and Resonate in the US for 7 years. His responsibilities included working in the areas of product design and development, as well as performance availability systems. Prior to Resonate, he spent 2 years at Global Commerce Systems as the VP of Sales providing mass storage systems to the Chinese market and 5 years with the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Science and Sinosoft Inc. as a Software Engineer and Business Development Manager. Tony holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Nanjing University, a M.S. Computer Science from the Institute of Software, CAS and a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University. |

| Before founding NetentSec, Ms. Hou was a Senior Software Engineer for Symantec Client Security.She was a key developer of Verisign INAV.. Prior to Verisign, she worked for Network Associates developing network security software and for Microsoft developing MS ODBC products. Ms. Hou also spent two years with Legend Computer. Ms. Hou holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Science and Technology of China, and a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin. |

| Kevin Zuo, VP of Sales and Marketing |

| Before joining NetentSec, Mr. Zuo was a VP of Marketing and Sales at Fareast Security Company. He has previously served as a Senior Researcher at IBM China, focusing on E-business initiatives and worked for InfoSec Technologies Co. developing Certificate Authentication security software. As a Development Manager at InfoSec, Mr. Zuo developed and deployed several important CA systems for China¡¯s banking industry and took part in defining national security product standards. Mr. Zuo holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China. |

| Bin Liang, VP of Engineering |

| Before joining NetentSec, Mr. Liang had 13 years of experience in real-time embedded system design and development and cross-functional project management. As a Senior Engineering Manager for Cisco Company, Mr. Liang led the development and release of the 4th generation Cisco VPN. He served as the team lead for a project that leveraged Motorola GSM/CDMA technology for embedded in-vehicle Telematics applications and ASVD/DSVD Simultaneous Voice and Data simulation/implementation for telematics.Mr. Liang holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and from Tsinghua University of China, and a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Texas at Austin. |
