A 15-year veteran in business and management, Mr. Yan is the president and chief executive officer of Swin Corporation. Mr. Yan leads the investment in Netentsec and provides great leadership to the company¡¯s business operation both in China and US. Mr. Yan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Fuzhou University, a Master of Science degree in information management from Renmin University of China and a Master of Science degree in computer science from Portland State University.

| Tony Yuan |
CEO: Chief Executive Officer of NetentSec. Since he created NetentSec after coming back China and worked as the CEO, Mr. YUAN has been dedicating himself to helping users ¡°make good use of the internet¡±. Under the leadership of Mr. YUAN and his team, NetentSec has maintained a 300% annual compound growth rate for 5 years in a row, making it one of the product providers with the highest growing speed in the internet devices industry in China. Moreover, after getting the strategic investment from Highland Capital, Sumitomo of Japan, and Lenovo Group in succession, NetentSec has grown into the leading provider for internet application management devices and now is developing toward the world with steady steps.
Mr. YUAN, the CEO of NetentSec, owns a Bachelor Degree of the Department of Computer, Nanjing University, a Master Degree from the Institute of Software of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Master Degree on Computer from Santa Clara University in the United States which is America’s CISSP. Mr. YUAN worked for Sinosoft Technology, RESONATE, NETIQ, and SYMANTEC, and led the development of a number of internet software and internet safety software. In 2004, Mr. YUAN returned to China and started NetentSec, and have been the CEO since. Before this, Mr. YUAN has researched and developed internet safety technology, after becoming CEO of NetentSec, he became an outstanding leader from a technician, not only did he turn a company with three employees to 350, he also has led the team to maintain a 300% annual compound growth rate for 5 years in a row, making it one of the product providers with the highest growing speed in the internet devices industry in China.. |

| Shuang Hou |
| Before founding NetentSec, she was a senior software engineer for Symantec Client Security. Prior to Symantec, she was a key developer of Verisign INAV. Before that, she worked for Network Associates developing network security software and for Microsoft developing MS ODBC products. Ms. Hou also spent two yeas with Legend Computer. Ms. Hou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering and a Master of Science degree in computer science from University of Science and Technology of China, and a Master of Science degree in computer science from University of Wisconsin. |

| Kevin Zuo |
| Before joining NetentSec, Mr. Zuo was a VP of marketing sales at Fareast Security Company, responsible for product marketing and sales. Prior to this, he was a senior researcher at IBM China, focusing on E-business initiatives. Before that, he worked for InfoSec Technologies Co. developing Certificate Authentication security software. As a development manager at InfoSec, he developed and deployed several important CA systems for China banking industry and he took part in defining National security product standards. Mr. Zuo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering and a Master of Science degree in computer science from University of Science and Technology of China. |
