详细信息：

MantisBT是基于Web的bug跟踪系统。 Mantisbt 1.2.17及之前版本存在\'soap/mc_account_api.php\'安全限制绕过漏洞，攻击者可利用此漏洞绕过安全限制，在SOAP API中获取用户名及电子邮件地址。
